Where Big Fish is a real-time fishing game built around exploration, a hands-on reeling minigame and collecting different catches. You aim and charge each cast yourself. When a fish bites, holding raises your catch zone and releasing lets it fall. Your job is to follow the fish as it moves.
The lakes have different catch pools. The East Sea includes ocean fish, while inland waters offer their own mix. Other anglers share the map; NPC fishers also populate the shores. Your catches add to a session score and a field guide, giving you a reason to try another spot.
A Leviathan encounter adds a cooperative challenge: nearby players can assist, but a failed fight puts the team's session at risk. Read the boss guide before joining one.
